In his own words, he says that he loves the Blanc de Blancs so much because “as a young wine they are fresh, fruity and crisp displaying citrus and apple notes, also tropical if the fruit is ripe. These attributes still show through as the wine develops over time displaying more complexity”.

It features a partial vertical tasting of our 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016 vintages so that you can see how weather conditions and winemaking techniques can affect the taste of a wine from year to year.
