A Classic blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier it has a beautiful straw gold colour with aromas of baked apples, elderflower and brioche which leads to lime and mandarin spice, red apple skin and pastry on the palate. Hindleap Seyval Blanc 2020: 100% Seyval Blanc grapes with aromas of melon, crisp apple skin and cucumber with a zesty, citrus palate of grapefruit, blood orange and green apple. Its light body and natural acidity provide a pleasant, refreshing finish that pairs wonderfully with lighter seafood dishes or a summer afternoon. Ashdown Estate Blend 2020: A blend of Seyval Blanc, Chasselas, Bacchus, Chardonnay & Merlot grapes. Aromas of peach, elderflower, and raspberry lead to flavours of lychee, nectarine, and mango on the palate, creating a wine that is floral and fruity. Ashdown Chasselas 2020: England’s only commercial Chasselas. 100% Chasselas. It features an aromatic composition of delicate white flowers, ripe citrus and stone fruits, lime zest, peach blossom and white pepper.
