Hindleap Barrel Aged Blanc de Blancs 2017
The Barrel Aged Blanc de Blancs 2017 is crafted from 100% Chardonnay grapes before undergoing a barrel-ageing process for 7 months in 4-5 year old French Oak barrels to develop full-bodied aromas of vanilla and nectarine. In his own words, he says that he loves the Blanc de Blancs so much because “as a young wine they are fresh, fruity and crisp displaying citrus and apple notes, also tropical if the fruit is ripe.
