The Barrel Aged Blanc de Blancs 2017 is crafted from 100% Chardonnay grapes before undergoing a barrel-ageing process for 7 months in 4-5 year old French Oak barrels to develop full-bodied aromas of vanilla and nectarine. Zesty flavours of lime, orange, and white melon are complemented by a hazelnut finish. The harmonious, creamy texture culminates in a luscious, enduring finish.

Alcohol: 11.5% vol
