Our first Classic Cuvée MV (Multi-Vintage). This is a blend of five different harvest years wines. A Classic blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier it has a beautiful straw gold colour with aromas of baked apples, elderflower and brioche which leads to lime and mandarin spice, red apple skin and pastry on the palate. Fine bubbles. Long lingering finish. Perfect.  This sophisticated blend is a great choice for connoisseurs who appreciate unique flavours and a smooth, creamy texture. Decanting recommended  Ashdown Boundary Block is made from 100% Merlot grapes. Aged in old oak barrels for 19 months. Light to medium bodied with a ruby to garnet hue. On the nose aromas of plum, blackcurrant, blackberry, almond, rhubarb, Cherry Bakewell and vanilla leading to flavours of cooked cherries, black currant jam, vanilla, cranberries and blackberries. It is smooth with a good length. Its tannin structure is well balanced and delicate, while still delivering an intense and complex taste.
