Hindleap Rosé 2018
Our new Hindleap Rosé 2018 vintage contains 61% Pinot Noir, 39% Pinot Meunier. This elegant Rosé has aromas of soft peach, wild strawberry, raspberry and rose hip on the nose, underpinned by plum, Turkish delight, nectarine and violet notes that give a rounded wine with a delicate, creamy finish. 12.5% vol.

DUE TO HIGH DEMAND, ORDERS CONTAINING A MAGNUM WILL NOT BE DISPATCHED/AVAILABLE FOR COLLECTION UNTIL WEDNESDAY 29TH NOVEMBER 150cl Magnum size blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. Our signature Classic Cuvee. Straw gold with fine bubbles. Aromas of baked apples, brioche and elderflower lead to lime, red apple skin, mandarin spice and pastry on the palate. A long lingering finish. The perfect aperitif. Alcohol: 11.5% vol (A 150cl Magnum is double the capacity of a normal 75cl bottle)

Ashdown Ortega 2018
Bold aromas of apricot and hazelnut lead to flavours of ripe peach, Mirabelle plum and baked apple on the palate. Four months of ageing in old French oak barrels results in a complex wine with a rich mouthfeel and buttery finish which pairs beautifully with herby roast chicken or wild mushroom risotto.
