1 x Valley View 2020: 100% Chardonnay. Delicate aromas of green apple, hazelnut and baked apricot pastry are complemented by notes of vanilla custard, melon, and lemon. This wine has a lovely creamy character with great acidity and a mild oaky finish.
1 x Chasselas 2020: England's only commercial Chasselas. 100% Chasselas. It features an aromatic composition of delicate white flowers, ripe citrus and stone fruits, lime zest, peach blossom and white pepper. Its well-balanced acidity and medium body create a crisp, lively texture that carries to a refreshing finish.
1 x Ashdown Rose 2020: This delightful Rosé crafted from 95% Pinot Noir and 7% Merlot, offers a vibrant hue, along with aromas of roses, violets, and cherry blossom that lead to an array of fresh flavors, including red apple, cranberry, redcurrants, and gooseberry. Enjoy a truly unforgettable taste of summer.
1 x Hindleap Seyval Blanc 2021: 100% Seyval Blanc, this wine offers a clean, fresh aromatic profile with layers of orange peel, baked red apple, and a subtle nuttiness reminiscent of marzipan, almond, and hazelnut. On the palate, vibrant notes of crisp red apple and ripe white peach are lifted by a touch of white pepper and soft caramel undertones. Lively acidity and a smooth finish make it a perfect match for seafood.
1 x Hindleap Ruby 2022: 100% Merlot. Aromas of vanilla, plum and creamy blueberry lead to a fruity palate of blackberry, cherry and black currant. This sparkling red boasts an excellent length and balance.
1 x Hindleap Pinot Meunier 2019: 100% Pinot Meunier grapes with aromas of blackberry, cherry, raspberry, and truffle leading to soft meringue, creamy nectarine, and raspberry yoghurt on the palate. It's a full-flavored, structured bubbly that pairs perfectly with all sorts of foods, from light salads to hearty mains.
