Classic Cuvee MV: A blend of five different harvest years wines. A Classic blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier it has a beautiful straw gold colour with aromas of baked apples, elderflower and brioche which leads to lime and mandarin spice, red apple skin and pastry on the palate.
Hindleap Rose 2018: 61% Pinot Noir, 39% Pinot Meunier. This elegant Rosé has aromas of soft peach, wild strawberry, raspberry and rose hip on the nose, underpinned by plum, Turkish delight, nectarine and violet notes that give a rounded wine with a delicate, creamy finish.
Seyval Blanc 2020: Crafted from 100% Seyval Blanc grapes with aromas of melon, crisp apple skin and cucumber with a zesty, citrus palate of grapefruit, blood orange and green apple. Its light body and natural acidity provide a pleasant, refreshing finish that pairs wonderfully with lighter seafood dishes or a summer afternoon.
Meunier 2019: 100% Pinot Meunier grapes with aromas of blackberry, cherry, raspberry, and truffle leading to soft meringue, creamy nectarine, and raspberry yoghurt on the palate. It's a full-flavored, structured bubbly that pairs perfectly with all sorts of foods, from light salads to hearty mains.

Barrel Aged Blanc de Blancs 2017: 100% Chardonnay. This wine has undergone a barrel-ageing process for 7 months in 4-5 year old French Oak barrels to develop full-bodied aromas of vanilla and nectarine. Zesty flavours of lime, orange, and white melon are complemented by a hazelnut finish. The harmonious, creamy texture culminates in a luscious, enduring finish.
