Hindleap Rose 2018: 61% Pinot Noir, 39% Pinot Meunier. This elegant Rosé has aromas of soft peach, wild strawberry, raspberry and rose hip on the nose, underpinned by plum, Turkish delight, nectarine and violet notes that give a rounded wine with a delicate, creamy finish.
Hindleap Classic Cuvee MV: A blend of five different harvest years wines. A Classic blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier it has a beautiful straw gold colour with aromas of baked apples, elderflower and brioche which leads to lime and mandarin spice, red apple skin and pastry on the palate.
Hindleap Seyval Blanc 2021: 100% Seyval Blanc opens with aromas of orange peel, baked red apple, and marzipan. The palate reveals crisp red apple, white peach, and hints of almond, caramel, and white pepper. Lively acidity and a smooth finish make it a perfect match for seafood.
Ashdown Estate Blend 2020: A blend of Seyval Blanc, Chasselas, Bacchus, Chardonnay & Merlot grapes. Aromas of peach, elderflower, and raspberry lead to flavours of lychee, nectarine, and mango on the palate, creating a wine that is floral and fruity.
Ashdown Chasselas 2020: England’s only commercial Chasselas. 100% Chasselas. It features an aromatic composition of delicate white flowers, ripe citrus and stone fruits, lime zest, peach blossom and white pepper. Its well-balanced acidity and medium body create a crisp, lively texture that carries to a refreshing finish.
Ashdown Rose 2020: Celebrate the warm weather with Ashdown Rosé 2020. This delightful Rosé crafted from 95% Pinot Noir and 7% Merlot, offers a vibrant hue, along with aromas of roses, violets, and cherry blossom that lead to an array of fresh flavors, including red apple, cranberry, redcurrants, and gooseberry.
