Estate Blend 2020: A blend of Seyval Blanc, Chasselas, Bacchus, Chardonnay & Merlot grapes. Aromas of peach, elderflower, and raspberry lead to flavours of lychee, nectarine, and mango on the palate, creating a wine that is floral and fruity.
Valley View 2020: 100% Chardonnay. Delicate aromas of green apple, hazelnut and baked apricot pastry are complemented by notes of vanilla custard, melon, and lemon. This wine has a lovely creamy character with great acidity and a mild oaky finish.
Chasselas 2020: England’s only commercial Chasselas. 100% Chasselas. It features an aromatic composition of delicate white flowers, ripe citrus and stone fruits, lime zest, peach blossom and white pepper. Its well-balanced acidity and medium body create a crisp, lively texture that carries to a refreshing finish.
Bacchus 2022: a still wine made from 100% Bacchus grapes. This vintage is tangy and refreshing, bursting with aromas of peach, pear, lime and baked apples which are harmonised with a tropical palate featuring notes of nectarine, melon and white mango.
Boundary Block 2020: made from 100% Merlot grapes. Aged in old oak barrels for 19 months. Light to medium bodied with a ruby to garnet hue. On the nose aromas of plum, blackcurrant, blackberry, almond, rhubarb, Cherry Bakewell and vanilla leading to flavours of cooked cherries, black currant jam, vanilla, cranberries and blackberries. It is smooth with a good length. Its tannin structure is well balanced and delicate, while still delivering an intense and complex taste.
Ashdown Rose 2020: This delightful Rosé crafted from 95% Pinot Noir and 7% Merlot, offers a vibrant hue, along with aromas of roses, violets, and cherry blossom that lead to an array of fresh flavors, including red apple, cranberry, redcurrants, and gooseberry. Enjoy a truly unforgettable taste of summer.
