Composed of 78% Chardonnay, 18% Pinot Noir, and 4% Pinot Meunier, this fine wine has been aged for a minimum of 10 years on lees to provide a heightened complexity. A wonderfully elegant, balanced, and creamy taste, this variety offers ripe, bright citrus-fruit aromas, complemented by the hints of baked pastry and brioche. Our first Classic Cuvée MV (Multi-Vintage). This is a blend of five different harvest years wines. A Classic blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier it has a beautiful straw gold colour with aromas of baked apples, elderflower and brioche which leads to lime and mandarin spice, red apple skin and pastry on the palate. Fine bubbles. Long lingering finish. Perfect. This sophisticated blend is a great choice for connoisseurs who appreciate unique flavours and a smooth, creamy texture. Our new Hindleap Rosé 2018 vintage contains 61% Pinot Noir, 39% Pinot Meunier. This elegant Rosé has aromas of soft peach, wild strawberry, raspberry and rose hip on the nose, underpinned by plum, Turkish delight, nectarine and violet notes that give a rounded wine with a delicate, creamy finish. 12.5% vol.
