Hindleap Rosé 2016
Winner of the 2023 WineGB Trophy for Best Sparkling Rosé. A blend of 61% Pinot Noir and 39% Pinot Meunier this elegant sparkling rosé has aromas of brioche, strawberry, raspberry, and peach on the nose underpinned by cranberry, apricot and violet notes that give a rounded wine with a creamy finish. Well balanced with excellent structure it has a dry, delicate, and long finish, which makes it ideal as a summer aperitif. It is also a great match for light, creamy cheeses, and pairs beautifully with fresh English strawberries. This unique blend of grapes creates a rosé with an optimal flavor profile and complexity, perfect for enjoying on any occasion. Alcohol: 12% vol

Estate Blend 2020: A blend of Seyval Blanc, Chasselas, Bacchus, Chardonnay & Merlot grapes. Aromas of peach, elderflower, and raspberry lead to flavours of lychee, nectarine, and mango on the palate, creating a wine that is floral and fruity. Valley View 2020: 100% Chardonnay. Delicate aromas of green apple, hazelnut and baked apricot pastry are complemented by notes of vanilla custard, melon, and lemon. This wine has a lovely creamy character with great acidity and a mild oaky finish. Chasselas 2020: England’s only commercial Chasselas. 100% Chasselas. It features an aromatic composition of delicate white flowers, ripe citrus and stone fruits, lime zest, peach blossom and white pepper. Its well-balanced acidity and medium body create a crisp, lively texture that carries to a refreshing finish.Bacchus 2022: a still wine made from 100% Bacchus grapes. This vintage is tangy and refreshing, bursting with aromas of peach, pear, lime and baked apples which are harmonised with a tropical palate featuring notes of nectarine, melon and white mango. Boundary Block 2020: made from 100% Merlot grapes. Aged in old oak barrels for 19 months. Light to medium bodied with a ruby to garnet hue. On the nose aromas of plum, blackcurrant, blackberry, almond, rhubarb, Cherry Bakewell and vanilla leading to flavours of cooked cherries, black currant jam, vanilla, cranberries and blackberries. It is smooth with a good length.
